TURBO COMES WITH VGA ACTUATOR 3768268,2843889,4043226,4035678,2881994 Warranty: ALL claims for warranty on turbos must be accompanied by the following: • engine serial number • copy of install invoice • print out of original failure code(s) & critical events reports • recorded mileage of original failure & claim failure • any other support documentation (i.e. DPF/DOC cleaning invoice for turbo replacement) Failure to produce required documentation will result in possible claim rejection. Disassembly of any assembly sold will result in warranty being void. Failed units and/or cores are not to be disassembled for any reason. Root cause of original turbo failure NEEDS to be diagnosed and repaired prior to new turbo installation. Failure to do so greatly increases risk of premature, non-warrantable, turbo failure! Warranty on all turbos is 1-year from date of installation for manufacturing defects only. It is highly recommended that serial number of units be recorded with each sale for tracking purposes Warranty consideration that is approved will be for parts only, no labour Cores: • Core credit is guaranteed on all turbo assemblies if core is complete. This also applies to cores with cracked housings • Core needs to be returned with all components the replacement unit came with (i.e. all sensors, actuators [if equipped], clamps, etc.) If core is damaged or broken, all pieces that are available need to be returned as well • Core credit will be issued upon receipt of parts • Cores cannot be disassembled • Cores are eligible for return for 90-days from date of sale
