TURBO WITHOUT VGA ACTUATOR HE451VE 3781369,3796391,3798519,3798515 Warranty: ALL claims for warranty on turbos must be accompanied by the following: • engine serial number • copy of install invoice • print out of original failure code(s) & critical events reports • recorded mileage of original failure & claim failure • any other support documentation (i.e. DPF/DOC cleaning invoice for turbo replacement) Failure to produce required documentation will result in possible claim rejection. Disassembly of any assembly sold will result in warranty being void. Failed units and/or cores are not to be disassembled for any reason. Root cause of original turbo failure NEEDS to be diagnosed and repaired prior to new turbo installation. Failure to do so greatly increases risk of premature, non-warrantable, turbo failure! Warranty on all turbos is 1-year from date of installation for manufacturing defects only.
